At three months old, Baby Awesome can:
smile and coo
reach for toys
throw a mean temper tantrum
roll over on to her side
She can not:
sleep through the night
play hide and seek with Miss Bug
We're working diligently on getting into some kind of a napping routine. Today marks four days of taking at least one nap a day in her bed! (Previously she's been sleeping on the dryer - not in it - in her car seat, on it.) She's a strong willed little bugger.
And though she has definitely been colicky these last 12 weeks, she's on the upswing. It's hard for me to believe but BOTH girls are actually napping at the SAME TIME right now. Words cannot describe to you the joy this brings to me. The sanity this brings to me.

YAY! to napping in her bed! Caliana went through a stage where she would only nap in her carseat, too. Do you have a heating pad? My mom gave me hers, and when i put it on vibrate only and put it underneath her mattress, she took her longest nap ever! I've since weaned her off of it, but it was my salvation for a couple of weeks! Just in case you'd like to try it too...I never would have thought about it if my mom hadn't given me the idea! Good luck!
I totally understand the sanity you feel when you get both kids napping at the same time! Nice work! It took me somewhere between 3 and 4 months to get my kiddos to nap at the same time. Glad to hear things are on the upswing! I've been thinking about you.
